A brief word about me...

Hey friend, I'm so thrilled you're here and are considering my work - it must be fate that's brought us to this moment!

I'm Claire, a 1992 baby who's been shooting weddings and elopements full time for the last decade. When I'm not out with my camera, you'll probably find me at home with my husband Tim, our two children, and our sweet little border collie Daisy.

KEYWORDS: Books, period dramas, chai tea latte, cheese with everything, dog walks, beach, vintage.

Meet my associate...

Josh is my film guy & associate photographer

I am so pleased to also offer an associate photographer and/or film maker via the wonderful Josh! He is many things to me; good pal, neighbour, bro-in-law, and a talented colleague. Josh is available to work as a lead photographer, an additional photographer alongside me, or to film your event - he's my main man and we'd love to work together to tell your story...

FAQs

Do you offer albums & prints?

Yes! Your images should be seen, held, and passed around loved ones - physical prints of your memories will surely be treasured for generations. Prints can be ordered directly through your private online gallery, and I offer a range of beautiful, handcrafted albums. Please just ask for more details.

Can you offer an assistant photographer?

My primary associate is Josh, but if he is unavailable for your date, I am able to work with a select few of talented assistants. Please just ask.

How many images do you deliver?

Every event is different, so we're careful not to make false promises or put a figure on our shoot rate. However, if we look over our galleries from the past few years, we can see that for half day bookings and elopements, we've always delivered a minimum of 400 images, and for full day weddings it's upwards of 600. If both Josh and Claire are working together, it's upwards of 700. In simple terms, we work hard for you and only put our cameras down when you pick your knife and fork up.

Do you travel?

We're based on the outskirts of Edinburgh, in East Lothian to be more specific, but are more than happy to travel all of the UK, Europe and beyond to photograph your event. We both drive and love an adventure, so nowhere is too far. Any location within 150 miles of Edinburgh is included in our package fees, but if we need to catch a ferry, run for a plane, or stay the night, we'll have a chat about options and do our best to keep travel costs low.

Do you require a booking fee?

In order for us to 'make it official', we need you to pay a booking fee to secure your date. The booking fee is £400, but is not an extra charge and simply goes towards your final package fee. We'll send you a detailed terms of service document along with your booking fee invoice, and we'll set up a convenient payment schedule so you know exactly what's due when.

tESTIMONIALS

First of all, thank you again for the lovely experience we had the day of the elopement, everything was so easy and laid back, we felt like we were taking pictures with friends. We are in love with the results! The quality of the pictures, the style, the colours… it looks like we are in a movie set, and we even look like we know how to pose! We have printed one of the pictures which is proudly displayed in our living room...
